      This stool was the right height for my kitchen island and matches the design of my kitchen chairs. i am NOT a handy person, but the stools were easy for me to assemble. They are heavy which is both a pro and a con: somewhat cumbersome to move around, but very sturdy and stable. I'm a bit worried about the legs scratching the floor, but so far no problems.

            Bought 3 stools; one of the seat cushions was hard to screw to the base because it was assembled off center; one metal chair back arrived with scratches; very heavy stools; the seat cushion is thick but when you sit on it you feel like you are propelled forward....attractive design but otherwise disappointed.
