I went through many different websites and stores to buy 4 bar stools for our peninsula and this one was just right-not too heavy, modern enough but not too much. When I got the item, I actually liked it even better because the back panel was not as narrow as the pictures. It looks beautiful and sophisticated. Only problem is that the bottom of the legs are so thin that they scratches the brand new hardwood floor. We put something under but it's hard to avoid scratching when my husband(220lb) sits and pushes it back but because of the swivel, we don't really have to do that very often. Overall, I love them very much.

great barstools/looks like the picture/seems to be sturdy/nice material. only problem was that one of the screw holes wasn't threaded properly. Fortunately my husband has lots of tools and was able to remedy the situation.
