I bought this table for a pool table area and it is actually great for that purpose. The only hesitation I have about the table is that the center pole does not actually affix to the top or the base - it just wedges into them, so that it would be possible if someone does not know this and they try to move the table by lifting on the table top that it might pull apart.

The only other feedback I have is that when the boxes actually arrived the glue on two of them had come completely apart and one end was completely open. Fortunately all the parts were there and nothing was damaged though.
